Mark Abbott Memorial Lighthouse and Surf Museum looking Southwest. This was built in honor of Mark by his parents. Mark died in a tragic surfing accident. The museum is open during the day.

This location and city by the ocean can become very busy during holidays, weekends, and 'peek season' times. Plan ahead and reserve hotels rooms weeks or months in advance. Though, visiting Santa Cruz whenever you can is always worth it.
